Mountain Bike Rentals
• 5 Hours for $15 (price includes tax)

Why we offer this - You go anywhere in the world on vacation, and there seem to be bikes for rent there. I rented bikes at Whistler, San Francisco, even in the San Juans. Yet, nobody in Ashford seems to offer mountain bike rentals. There is a great trail for mountain bikers called Westside Road just inside the Nisqually entrance to Mt Rainier National Park. If you go up the road for about 3 miles, you get to a trailhead with access to many other biking trails (actually, it's not so much a trailhead, but a spot where they have permanently closed the road due to mudslides).

And best of all, coming down the mountain is a breeze! The $15 fee includes a helmet and entrance to the park (a $5 value on foot / bicycle), so it's hard to pass up!
