Are children allowed?
Children under 18 are not allowed on the Summit / Camp Muir guided climbs. However, they are more than welcome to come along on the daily tours or on our mountain bikes (as long as a parent or guardian is present).

What is your payment / deposit policy?
We require full payment upon making your reservation. Once we receive and confirm your booking, we will process your credit card or make other arrangements to receive payment. We do not take reservations for mountain bike rentals. These are allowed on a first-come, first- served basis.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.

What is your cancellation policy?
You must let us know 10 days in advance in order to receive a full refund.

Are pets allowed?
The Lodge Near Mt Rainier allows pets. However, the trails inside Mt Rainier National Park do not. It is probably the best idea to leave your pets at home, unless you have some place to leave them (whether it's in one of the cabins or other accommodations).
